Starting Line 2 is the second consecutive exhibition done by Amaranto Joies Gallery with the intention of showing a selection of works by students who have recently graduated from the Artistic Jewelry Department of Massana Art School.
Starting Line 2, symbolizes the career these artists begin to experience after completing their training.
This time we are happy to enjoy and share the work carried out by a contingent of the Bórax08001 collective.
Trinidad Contreras, Carolina Gimeno, Dalia Jurado, Gaston Rois and Nelly Van Oost have been invited to participate in an exhibition that brings together their graduation projects at the Department of Jewelry Arts of the Escola Massana, Barcelona in 2010.
This exhibition will be enacted by its participants in an action carried out on Thursday, April 28, 2011 in the afternoon, around the neighborhood of Gràcia. Its intent is to invite passers-by (suspected to have never been to a Contemporary Art Jewelry exhibition) to attend Starting Line 2
The opening will take place this Thursday April 28 at 19.30 hrs. At Gallery Amaranto Joies. Sant Domènec 23, 08012 Barcelona, Spain.
